Business Coaching

For entrepreneurs and small business owners who want dedicated space to talk through what's happening in their business and figure out what makes sense from here.

Sometimes you have a decision you're trying to make. An idea you want to work through. Something that isn't working the way you expected. Or there are simply too many things competing for your attention at once.

Business coaching gives you a place to bring all of that.

We can talk through what's happening, explore possibilities, look at the business from different angles, and figure out what you want to do next.

My coaching style is collaborative and practical. You know yourself, your life, and your business better than anyone. I bring business education, thoughtful questions, and another perspective to the conversation.

Business Consulting

For established business owners leading teams.

If your business has been operating for five or more years and you have more than three full-time staff, the conversations often shift. Growth creates new challenges, decisions affect multiple people, and there are fewer opportunities to step back and think strategically.

Business consulting provides dedicated space to explore those bigger-picture decisions.

Together we might work through:

  • succession and transition planning

  • growth and expansion strategy

  • interviewing and hiring

  • operational systems and decision-making

  • service and offer development

  • strategic planning and facilitated conversations

You know your business, your industry, and your team.

My role is to bring business education, practical experience, and an outside perspective that helps you explore options, weigh trade-offs, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Build a business you actually want to run. Learn, how to market ethically, sell with confidence, and build a business that pays you fairly—without living online or sacrificing your values.

Practical Education

You’ll learn the same business foundations I teach in my programs — including marketing, pricing, systems, and decision-making — and apply them directly to your own business.

Thoughtful Support

Coaching gives you space to untangle ideas, explore challenges, ask questions, and make decisions with someone who understands the realities of entrepreneurship.

Sustainable Growth

Together, we’ll look beyond “more” and focus on building a business that supports your income, energy, relationships, and the life you want to create.

Let's Start with Connection.

Building a business can feel surprisingly lonely.

Whether you're trying to find clients, make decisions, price your work, market in a way that feels aligned, or simply figure out what comes next — sometimes it helps to talk it through with someone who understands entrepreneurship.

A coffee chat is a free conversation to learn more about your business, explore what you’re working through, and see whether coaching is the right fit.

No preparation required. No sales script. No pressure.

If coaching makes sense, we’ll talk about what support could look like. If it doesn’t, you’ll still leave with a few ideas, resources, or questions to help you move forward.
