Not Sure Where to Start?
Let’s figure it out together.
You don't need to know exactly what kind of support you're looking for before reaching out.
Maybe you have something happening in your business you want to talk through. You're wondering whether coaching might be helpful. You're interested in one of my learning opportunities. Or you're simply trying to figure out what makes sense from here.
A free virtual coffee chat gives us a chance to talk about what's going on, what you're hoping to figure out, and whether I might be the right person to help.
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a conversation.

Coffee Chat FAQ
Here are a few of the questions I hear most often about coffee chats, coaching, and finding the support that feels right for you.
-
We'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about where you are, where you'd like to go, and the opportunities or challenges you've identified along the way.
I'll share a little about my coaching, programs, and upcoming workshops, and together we'll explore which options, if any, feel like a good fit for what you're looking for.
After our conversation, you'll receive a follow-up email with a summary of what we discussed, any resources we talked about, and links to the coaching or program options that seem most relevant, including current pricing.
There's no expectation that we'll work together. The goal is simply to give you the information you need to decide what feels right for you.
-
That's okay.
You don't need to have a business plan, a website, or even a clear idea of what you want before we talk.
The coffee chat is simply a chance to explore where you are, where you'd like to go, and whether any of my programs or coaching options might be helpful. Information is provided in a follow up email to allow you to consider all the options before deciding what support would work best at this time.
If the answer is "not right now," that's a perfectly good outcome too.

You don't have to figure that out before booking.
Some people are deciding between coaching and a program. Some have a specific business question. Others simply want a sounding board.
The coffee chat is an opportunity to explore your options, ask questions, and leave with more information than you started with.

Both give you space to work on your business — the biggest difference is whether you want to do that privately or alongside other entrepreneurs.
Learning brings entrepreneurs together to learn, ask questions, share perspectives, and apply what we're talking about to their own businesses. Some learning opportunities are more structured, while others are shaped around the questions, decisions, and challenges happening in the businesses in the room.
Coaching is one-to-one, so our time is entirely focused on you and your business. You can bring whatever is happening — a decision you're trying to make, an idea you want to work through, something that isn't working, or simply a lot of things you need help sorting through.
There isn't a right way to work with me. It really depends on what kind of space and support would be most useful to you right now.
If you're not sure, that's completely fine. We can talk about what's happening in your business during a coffee chat and figure out whether one of my offerings feels like a good fit.

Therapy and coaching are both valuable, but they serve different purposes.
Many of my clients work with a therapist while also working with me.
As an ICF-trained coach, I start from the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role isn't to diagnose, treat, or tell you what to do. Instead, I ask questions, share practical business education, offer observations, and create space for you to reflect, experiment, and make informed decisions.
Our conversations might include marketing, pricing, business planning, decision making, time management, or navigating the realities of entrepreneurship with ADHD. Sometimes we'll explore the beliefs or experiences that influence those decisions, but the focus is always on helping you move forward in a way that aligns with your goals, values, and capacity.
If, at any point, it seems like another type of support would be more helpful, I'll tell you. Many people find that coaching and therapy complement each other beautifully.
